The panel works great and we lucked out by ordering the new model. Was disappointed that the original one only lasted 3 yrs. And had we known it was a one plug install we would have done it ourselves rather than pay the additional expense.

This is a handy electronic device. However, it seems to need replacing almost once a year. It's great when it works, but water seems to seep into the electronics and cause a failure. Not sure how to fix it. Once warranty is out it's pricey to replace (@ $600).
