Rewards Dam mouse chewed through the wire. The tech figured it out but left insulation removed in the bottom of the tub.
Was able to schedule an appointment quickly and issue over resolved, if that’s possible.
Both items appear to be as ordered. They will not be installed until next spring.
I would give it a five star, but we’ve only had a hot tub for a couple of weeks now is too new to tell but so far we are loving our hot tub
