Service was speedy. I received my order within a couple days. Customer Service on the other hand...I've submitted a question twice online and have not received a response. The filter looks slightly different than the original filter and I want to make sure it will screw in before putting it in the water and not being able to return it.

The waterfall diverter was easy to replace. No issues. This is my third diverter that I replaced on my Twilight spa. All were relatively fast and easy to replace. I didn't have to call for spa customer service.
