I ordered my spa filters, and they were delivered the next day.
Used the reference tool to make sure it would work on my Clarity spa, balance 7 and ordered accordingly.
The item I received will not screw into the fitting the filter area.
I will be buying from a store front, from now on.
We got our use out of the original control panel. It just finally wore out. I am very pleased with the new control panel and its cell phone style interface. It’s a big step up. It works much easier than the other one and it’s easier to see for us old folks.

Excellent cleaner product. I use it once a week to keep filters clean. It removes scale, and sediment build up.
I like the purchase process. It would help if they would confirm the filters fit in my model and year of swim spa.
