This is my favorite spa conditioner. It helps with foul spa water odors and makes your skin so soft. I love it.

The pillow seems to be of a solid construction but the one I received had a peculiar bulge in the back which increased the dimensions. I found the pillow to be uncomfortable.

This is the third time I’ve corresponded with your company regarding a filter cover purchased along with three pillows. Pillows are great and as advertised. Filter cover arrived damaged. As previously mentioned this makes the third time that I have asked someone to deal with this and also the third time I have sent a picture!

Responsive and fairly priced repairs
So to start off, the actual Tech you sent, John, was absolutely fantastic. He is the only reason you get more than 1 Star. Based on him I’d give you 5 stars. However, the process and speed in which the appointment actually gets scheduled needs a lot of help. After your initial call you get an email saying you are in the system. That’s great, no issues there, nice and expedient. After that, it could be and it was in my case days before you(the customer) hear anything about when the tech is going to show up. No reason it should take 2-3 days before you know when the tech is coming. Over communicate, emails are easy to delete.
I use this every other time I drain my hottub. It works great for cleaning the pipes and inside of the jets.
